Realtor.com app Rocks!

My favorite house hunting app hands down! What I love about it is that is listings are so extensive, the info about the property generally great, photos nice and usually doesn't use the annoying and hugely popular elsewhere crazy wide angle camera lens, and perhaps most of all - it adheres to my selected preferences even as I check out widely varied geographical areas. I use it on my iPad Pro exclusively and the interface is perfect. Only one thing - I assume that it is the realtor of record whose responsibility it is to complete the ‘about’ paperwork.This info is an important consideration. I look in some areas for a pied à terre condo, and the $ for an HOA is often listed as ‘0$’, falsely creating the monthly payment information. Some of the HOA fee amounts do remove a particular property from consideration, but better that than wasting everyone’s time. Also, some of the HOA fees seem too low, which brings up the possibility both of accuracy and of adding the information of any past ‘assessments’ (not to be confused with tax assessments) to owners for expensive improvements made in the past that were too much $$$ to be covered by HOA fees.

Love the app

We are looking for a new home. I love how you can search with so many different criteria. I also like the map feature. My favorite part is the status of each home and being able to exclude homes that are pending/contingent in your search.

Super RE app!!

I love this app!! So much info in 1 app! I love how it tells u the school rating, the estimated monthly payments with the down payment percentage. 1 improvement would be if I enter 20% down in the box, That 20% doesn’t stay when I look at another home, I have to keep changing the down payment to 20%. If there’s a way to keep this n not have it changed, this would be great! Also I see more homes on this app which says pending, pending, but when I look at Zillow, there are lots more different homes that don’t say pending as much. These are the 2 major things to improve on, and if this can happen, it will be the best app for your home searching!

Four stars only because it doesn’t give an aerial view (satellite) with lot lines. That is helpful for my needs and I’m sure others would agree.
