The background:

Movemeon was founded by McKinsey colleagues, Nick Patterson & Rich Rosser.

We found cold calls and spam mail from recruitment agents ineffective. Especially when working 80 hour weeks. Trawling through 1000s of 'matches' on jobs boards wasnÍt much more appealing. So we founded an exclusive site, where hand-picked employers promote their best jobs to our communities of consultants and alumni, qualified accountants & freelance consultants.

We hated that recruitment agents werenÍt open about the company they were working for, never mind what the exact job and salary were. So above all, movemeon is transparent. All of our jobs can be viewed and applied for online. As far as possible, job posts include a company name and logo, detailed job description, salary and ïmust haveÍ skills/experience.

We also hated agencies trying to sell us jobs that they knew we wouldnÍt be interested in. So we keep our distance. We are not an agency so donÍt cold call. Movemeon emails one weekly newsletter with opportunities for you to browse in your own time in. You can also set up job alerts for specific industries, functions & locations that interest you.
