Crappy app - don’t bother to download

Although I love the selection of hotels and offers Smith Hotels offer, both the website and the app are dysfunctional. The website barely offers options to filter and go through the selection of hotels, the app is even worse. It’s not even possible to select an existing reservation and go though the details (would come in handy now, with the corona crisis blocking all travel plans). It’s 2020, the app seems to be stuck in 2014. It suits a company offering high end travel options to present an app (and website) that performs equally.
