Good service, but need to add Taiwan into its hometown list

As first time user, I am a bit concerned if this is an internet fraud site. Luckily, every time I have question, I was able to find people to chat about my issues via instant messages in real time. I think it will be even better that if somehow Musement can put a sign of its logo inside / at the door of the participating museums. That will make users feel even more secured. As a side note, Musement fails to provide my home town Taipei, Taiwan as an option when registering. I hope to see that changed soon.

Every time I open the ticket screeen the app crashes

Still shuts down

When I open it and try to go to tickets it shuts down. Please fix huis or it is useless to me. Otherwise it's a fine app. I can only rate my experiences so far. If you fix it I will revise my stars.
