NACE International is the worldÍs largest nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting people, assets and the environment from the effects of corrosion. The members of NACE International still include engineers, as well as numerous other professionals working in a range of areas related to corrosion control.

Representing tens of thousands of members in more than 100 countries, NACE International offers the world’s most specified technical training and programs, conferences, industry standards, reports, publications, and software to prevent and mitigate corrosion. The NACE International Institute offers a certification program comprised of over 23 corrosion-specific certifications. The organization’s mission is to protect people, assets and the environment from the effects of corrosion.

NOTE: The iPad version of the NACE International Corrosion App is not compatible with iOS 8.

Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Foundation also provides abstractions for common data types, facilitates internationalization with Unicode string storage, and offers a suite of utilities such as plug-in support, XML property lists, URL resource access, and preferences.
Core Graphics
The Core Graphics framework is based on the Quartz advanced drawing engine. It provides low-level, lightweight 2D rendering with unmatched output fidelity. You use this framework to handle path-based drawing, transformations, color management, offscreen rendering, patterns, gradients and shadings, image data management, image creation, and image masking, as well as PDF document creation, display, and parsing.
Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
CoreMedia
The Core Media framework defines the media pipeline used by AVFoundation and other high-level media frameworks found on Apple platforms. Use Core Media's low-level data types and interfaces to efficiently process media samples and manage queues of media data.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking. The classes, protocols, and data types defined by Foundation are used throughout the macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs.
MessageUI
The Message UI framework provides specialized view controllers for presenting standard composition interfaces for email and SMS (Short Messaging Service) text messages. Use these interfaces to add message delivery capabilities without requiring the user to leave your app.
