I can log in fine on their site, but not with this app. It's a waste of time to download, don't bother. In fact I am going to move all my banking to another financial institution that at least makes the semblance of carrying about their customer, instead of just resting on the fact that they have a physical presence in military bases. Fortunately in this day and age a physical presence matters less and less. Poor exchange rates (the local 7-11 had a better rate, even after the fees that the Community Bank debit card slaps on), uneducated staff, lack of a viable app (not been updated in two years), and even a failure to regularly stock their ATMs with cash, are what are convincing me to leave Community Bank. Please don't be like me and just sit your money with Community Bank just because it's comforting that they have a physical presence. I now know that is not a meaningful reason, and there exist plenty of financial institutions with plenty of perks that eclipse Community Bank's. Above all - check their exchange rates and see for yourself! Oftentimes they are more than 4% worse than local off base institutions. They are predators that drape themselves in an American flag.

Why even have a "remember me" feature if it doesn't even work. I don't expect anything from this app, only have the bank because of where I'm located. Please at least update to Touch ID login so I don't waste anymore of my time than I have to with this app.

This "banking app" NEVER works! It's worthless, will be switching banks soon because of its unreliability.

I can never log in and when I do it feels like a miracle! Need to use thumb print or something. Tired of typing in user name and password only for it to tell me it's down. Doesn't give me an accurate account when money comes and goes. Basically just tells you the balance.
