The latest update seems to have broken the ability to pay directly through my bank account. Tried setting it as the default payment didn’t help. Not sure if the feature has been removed or a bug. It was working fine before the version update makes it feel more like an downgrade.

I transferred $114 to the e-wallet and i tried(several times) to make a purchase of $113.90 netspay/courts merchant and transaction was DECLINED! Other times, the merchant site can’t detect the netspay app keep getting error ‘You don’t have Netspay app installed in your device’ whereas i had the most latest version frm app store. I gave up and use other payment methods and now i have $114 stuck in it. Useless app!

seems to take about 30 seconds for the transaction to go through. other payment apps have no such lag

It seem like the apps only support debit cards (bank card). Flash pay card is more useful than this apps.

Wallet balance not updated whenever I made a payment, that’s the most basic function that there should be! If balance not updated I won’t know if it’s time to topup or not. Also there could be more features like pay bills, pay telco, utilities, taxes etc. Your discover tab is always empty. Learn from DBS PayLah app. Other than that it’s quite good payment method
