My screen would not download pics from phone

Ice was helpful, but more importantly patient in helping solve my problem. I do not understand digital with any depth and he was willing to repeat when neededI tried chat help first, but ended in too many circular catch 22’s.

Great Mobil App and Frame

I had a problem with the frame displaying pictures ( it would flicker every once and awhile). I called customer service and spoke to Joe. He is very professional and knowledgeable! He sent me detailed instructions on resetting the picture frame. It worked the first time! He sent me a follow up correspondence asking how it was going. Excellent customer service and a great software and hardware product! I love the mobile app. Thanks again Joe. Bill P.

Great customer service!

I had an issue with my photos not showing up in the app. I requested help and was surprised to receive a response from Maris on a Sunday night! He resolved my issue right away. The photo frame is also working great for my in-laws who live in another country.

Fixed my problem - Joe

Today, I had issues a new playlist. I contacted customer support, “Joe” walked me through the solution. Was very professional, kind, customer oriented and solved my problem in a short amount of time!

“Your Session has expired’ Why do other apps at the very least remember my user name. Annoying as hell the you are force to re-enter both after a random period. Good app otherwise.
