使い勝手は悪いです
どこのソフト屋が儲けてるのかわかませんが、非常に使いにくいです。機種変更時には注意しないと面倒なことになります。まだゆうちょのトークンの方がわかりやすい。

最悪
JAバンクのネットバンクで使用していたのだが、iOSアップデートの際に初期化されたらしく、全く入れなくなった。
簡単に再登録できればまだしも、貴重な有休使ってJAバンク窓口に出向いても「詳しいものが不在で…」。

不親切過ぎて笑える
面倒だし、Q&Aを見ても解答理解出来ないし、不親切過ぎます。もっと単純なものに改良するか、説明書きをわかりやすくして欲しいです。こんなに苛ついたアプリは初めてです。
