In support of the government’s push for the use of the unified QR payment as the cashless model for hawker centres, NTUC Foodfare mobile app and its Plus!Pay function will be discontinued with effect from 1 August 2020. You may continue to use your physical Plus! cards for purchases at any Foodfare outlets.

Poor App

I’ve tried using the App but it’s really disappointing since many of the stalls are not accepting the App. TOP-up $50 only manage to use $0.70 after more than a year. Can I refund?

This app is cr-app! Under no circumstances ever DL this pathetic lousy sorry excuse of an app. It will cause you to LOSE MONEY. All it does is claim to have ‘technical difficulties’ forever. I topped up an amount that now can neither be used nor refunded. Serves me right for drinking the ‘Cashless Society’ Kool-Aid. Cashless my foot! FYI if you’re thinking of using this lousy no-good app at Pasir Ris Hawker Centre - DON’T BOTHER because most of the stall holders are wary of the app and transact only in cash (for good reason). SHAME ON YOU NTUC, YOUR APP IS TOTAL RUBBISH!
