Outstation cabs

All cabs i did booked today were cancelled after 15 mins Mtlb if u want to camcel then why are u accepting earlier Its just waste of time i m uninstalling ola and never going to install it again in my life

The services are pathetic. Irresponsible team who doesn’t act on improving the services, takes feedback in negative way and have no regrets if your driver abuses you, mocks you, threatens you. Sheer greed of making money.

Scam

I’m convinced that Ola pays people to give fake reviews that’s why they have such high ratings. The lack of customer service on the app is appalling. I’m surprised that they’re allowed to function as a business. Takes 2-3 days sometimes to get a response for the most basic request.

Bad service and drivers

After booking more than 3to4 times driver’s call and ask where is the drop and then we say the drop location they will cancel it according to OLA Support directions better don’t waste time in such service better download UBER ITS BEST I SUGGEST

Bad service

Totally disappointed. The cab drivers in chennai ask for double the fare price. They don’t accept if the payment mode is online or any other mode. Already when the prices are high i had to pay double to travel somewhere even in emergency situations. There is not platform to make a complaint or we the customers are entertained directly from OlA.

Unreliable service

I pre booked an suv for an early morning trip to airport. Ride was scheduled at 0705, and i was waiting for driver details, when suddenly the ride itself disappeared probably because there was no cab nearby. Almost missed my flt trying to book an uber at short notice. Pathetic customer care and poor software. Never trusting ola again.
