TERRIBLE- Worst program

This was a complete waste of my time and the company’s money. The program provides zero new information and is very impersonal. Even though they ask you lots of personal information, it is never used. The “ coach” only provided generic information to the group. I actually gained weight on the program and had to drop out to re-lose the weight I’d gained.

Finally doing it!

I love the individual help you get and scale. I would like to see a few updates to the app: adding water, calories in food and how many calories you need a day. I would recommend this program to anyone, simple for the individual help you get and the educational lessons offered each week.

Omada is a winner.

Omada provides tips on eating healthier meals among other things. Tracking what I eat really helps as well as daily exercising. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to start living healthy.
