After 4 days it said I was on week 2 and it won't let me update my weight. Useless.

I can't even get past the "let's go" section - the screen keeps freezing. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app a couple of times now, only to still get no further than the 2nd page. Time to delete the app for good! Complete waste of time.

After just one day using the app it then changed to say I was on week 2. Food diary information has not updated to allow me to enter details for day 6 of week 1 and seems to have frozen on day 5 as 'today' and when I clicked into that day again to edit it, it has now deleted all previous food diary information! There is no 'help' button in the app to request support in order to resolve the issue so it's now basically useless. Would be a useful tool if it worked properly and considering how much the product itself costs you would naturally expect the support information to work sufficiently!

Downloaded the app yesterday. Put in my weight, app saved it as a completely different weight making me 10lb lighter! Tried to change it by resetting and it would not change. Clicked on this morning and it says I am now on week 2! Needless to say I'm not using this as a helpful guide anymore! Let's hope the tablets work better than the app!

New user here, having the following issues 1. it is not showing my correct start weight as it is rounding it down. E.g actually entered 12st4 but showing 12st. Also my target weight is displaying as 10st but it is actually set to 10st 8 2. When I tried to correct the start weight the app moved me on to week 2 but I only started yesterday. It also still kept reverting to 12st 3. In the weight circle graphics there are some random string of numbers under the big weight number, the numbers do not appear to be a date just random numbers 4. The app seems to contain very limited information compared to the website version which has the target weight each week and the weigh in date, also it has progress in a table which is useful as the graph on the app doesn't easily display small weight changes, is this correct?

It's so frustrating - the app is a good idea but it's so clunky and doesn't work at all. As others have said the progress chart doesn't show how much you've lost and the lunch input doesn't appear at all. I'm using the app but not really sure why! Hopefully the tablets will work better than the app.
