Cool perk - personalized to your Park Place car
After registering with my email address, this very sleek, simple-to-navigate app was populated with personalized information on all our family cars from Park Place - no laborious forms to enter, etc. It was pre-filled with our salesperson and service advisor's phone and email (nice touch), dealership location with maps/GPS and phone number, roadside assistance, etc. and a copy of entire service record history which is awesome. Another useful feature was the vehicle specs page specific to each one of our cars (again, pre-populated!) - gasoline type required, engine size, etc. On the creative side, you can even take/use an existing photo to personalize the opening screen (my 2014 black & tan GS350 looks picture perfect :) I love the fact that I don't have to look a million different places for automobile-related information that I can now find right on my phone in one convenient spot, and all the deets are custom to my personal cars. It's a very cool piece of technology - exactly what I'd expect from Park Place Their dealerships are incredible, so it doesn't surprise me their new app is too. I'm looking forward to updates and new features.

Launch Services

Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
