I have never been compelled to write a bad review, but the customer service for this product is so unacceptable that it warrants a low rating. The videos on this app just disappeared one day. I tried various trouble shooting options, including checking the developer's website. I just emailed them with the problem and here was the response. "My most sincerest of apologies, we would need a 9 digit Patterson id to assist you as email support is a billable service purchased by customers. If you do not have a Patterson id, you will need to call sales to have them create a billable id for you. You may reach sales at, PTC Sales Team" So, that means that having spent an enormous amount of money for this application, the company is not willing to help you access the product that you already paid them for without charging you to help correct the bugs in their program. I know it is not my iPAD because everything is meticulously updated and the DIA small animal videos are working. Until the company can support their products in an acceptable manner, I would not recommend purchasing, and I will advise my colleages to avoid their products and their sales teams at veterinary conferences.

This app is outrageously overpriced. It shows only 2d-images that cannot be manipulated. Even worse, the organs etc are shown on their own, not in their proper place in the horse. I just paid €280,- for a few (there aren't even that many!) images of diseases that I could have gotten on the internet with two taps of my fingers. Iam very much upset!
