Seems like a beta version

This app adds hassle instead of convenience. I could say a lot why but seriously, you know this is not a great app. Lots of improvements needed. You're a premium airline but your app is no better than a low cost airline

Poor app dev

C’mon you can copy better. It’s obvious that your app developer doesn’t have that much experience in using booking apps. When are you going to improve? Copy Air Asia!

Good but can be improved

1. Log-in is always required everytime app is opened. If developers want’s added security, maintain the log-in but integrate fingerprint or 4-digit pin. 2. It say’s it allows access to Wallet but it doesn’t. Please correct this.

I can never do online check in because my name too long - UNACCEPTABLE

This is the only airline in the world where I can’t do online check in because my name is too long. Their customer representative told me so! No wonder I keep getting error when I try to check in. Please show up to work and work a little harder to get this resolved.
