Useless

This app is literally useless. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I thought I would try the new Pincho Factory near me, so I went to the app, which I had previously set up with an account and payment information. Chose my menu items (there's no way to customize), then went to check out. THERE'S NO PAY BUTTON! There's no way to order with this app. What's the point? Not one of the employees could help. They just said, "Yeah, we know." Wow. Not a good first impression.

It's a very good place to get freshly cooked burgers or wherever you want on the menu lovely service and wonderful people as you know we're all human but they make the best food around
