My Pizza Hut app review
My Pizza Hut app review...
It was Pizza Hut... but on a 2d screen. Was scared at first. But as the screen cleared and the pizza came forward.. I knew that I was home.. if my home was a Hut..
10/10 would use again. Highly recommend a drink in hand. Mine today was New Belgium’s “Voodoo Ranger” IPA.
Also 10/10 would drink again.

Unusable Garbage
This app is slow even on an iPhone 11 and has crippling bugs that have repeatedly prevented me from making online orders. For example, the contact e-mail is grayed out today (despite being a registered user) and cannot be completed, but I can’t order without an e-mail address. All franchise owners should demand a refund from corporate for their lost sales from this untested piece of trash.

Directions need improvements
Love the app and the ease of ordering. Need more characters allowed for directions. GPS always gets the drivers lost for my address!

Needs update
No place to indicate you would like your wings well done. No place to indicate you want pizza well done. The app asks you if you want extras on pizza, but how about extra sauce on wings? Then, to make matters worse, the special instructions area is too short to indicate all this.
