Time Saver!

Sooo much better than waiting at a counter or in line at the drive-thru. It has saved my credit card info with no problem.

Almost perfect

I would give the app 5 stars but there is only one issue... I keep selecting to save my card info for later and it is not being saved. I feel like the app isn't 100% completed yet. There are things I should be able to see such as what cards I have on file or other information that I may have added incorrectly or to leave feedback on the app. There are many steps I need to take to do a lot of these things and it involves me starting orders to get to them. For the main reason this app exists, ordering food, its spot on. Just needs a few more tweaks to be perfect

Sad

I love Portillos and have been going there my whole life but the app didn't work for me. We ordered on the app pasta and meatballs and three beefs, drinks and sides just so we could pick it up at the window and go. We got to the window and was handed the pasta only. We sat at the window waiting for the rest of our food and they said "is something missing?" We said "yeah more than half of our order". We then had to pull over and wait for them to cook most of our order which defeats the purpose of using the app. They need to read the orders properly.

If you're serious about an app, Get Serious

A bit frustrating when a conglomerate-owned business "jumps on" the "we've got an app" train and then doesn't test it out or continue to enhance it based on consumer feedback. Case in point, why have a "scan your credit card" feature as part of the app and not test to see if it actual works with all phone platforms. NOTE: this review is about the Portillos phone app, NOT the food. LOVE the food.

App & in store service not accurate

If you're in a hurry, do not sure the app. Placed an order at 1:32 pm. Order said it was competed at 1:42 within the app. Got to the store and didn't receive my order until 2pm. Unacceptable. And to top it off my order was wrong
