App crashes continuously

Earlier it was working fine, but all sudden it's crashing continuously and I am not able to use it at all😡😡😡 I have deleted the old app and install new one but still it's crashing 😡😡😡 Not able to use the app at all.

There is no online slot booking, there is call option which is again traditional way. No use of the app

Lack of Organized folders

This is a good application. But it's not practically much use when it comes to save records. For example, I want to save my Mother's and Father's records separately. Also there is no possibility to write some description about those records. For example, i want to put my mothers name, respective doctor's name and date of that record. If it's not available like that, then how can we know which record is what. We just have to open every record until the desired record is found.

This company can't handle negative criticism against doctors

I visited psychiatrist yesterday, I was completely dissatisfied with this psychiatrist, please kindly be advised when patients write negative reviews which is obviously a fact of statement. It was not published at all as a matter of fact. You will only see more positive reviews rather negative reviews almost to none. This company trying to be more biased with doctors & can't handle any form of negative criticism. Please be aware of using this app as they do not publish negative reviews even though you know the truth. Bad & biased company app with bad policy.
