Note: For 2021 plans, the Premera app supports only those who get coverage through their employer. The Premera app doesn’t currently support information for our Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement customers, or for those who bought an individual or family plan through Washington Healthplanfinder.org or HealthCare.gov.

Incorrect account info

I can log in fine, but my current account info doesn't show up. So I can't use as a record of my account info, or to check on benefits. Current account info is correct on the website.

Reset password, tried to login and says "Error login failed please try again later" worthless app

Worst insurance app

Every other insurance company of this size lets you submit claims via the mobile app. Premera requires you to mail a printed form in. Not only is it inconvenient, but it probably costs them more money to do it that way. They really need to redesign their application.

App doesn't show 2017 policy info

The app only pulls up prior policy info from 2015 so I am unable to see any information on my current policy, even though all my current info is there when I use identical sign in on full website. Tried deleting and reloading; that didn't work either. Since I can't use mobile app to verify coverage or see current benefits, it's virtually worthless. Please fix.

When I open the app, the login always fails the first try. Hopefully the developers are aware and working a fix.

Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. Launch Services
