At Providence Title, our mission is to provide a warm, courteous, and helpful environment for all parties to the real estate transaction. Through strong personal relationships, quality work and excellent service we will increase the success of our customers, their clients and our Team Members. Providence Title Company began in May 2008, with the five Dan Foster Fee Attorney offices formerly under the LandAmerica Commonwealth brand. With LandAmerica agreeing to become the underwriting partner, the new venture transitioned quickly into a new independent company. After the initial start of the company, the local title community was quick to join in on the new venture, and within the first few months of operation, Providence had added several more closing office locations and doubled in size.
