Melalui fitur ini pelanggan mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan jumlah aset equipment yang dimiliki, dan bagi equipment yang sudah terpasang data telemetry maka pelanggan akan mendapatkan informasi antara lain :
- Status operasi equipment
- Status kondisi kesehatan equipment
- Status transmit rasio telemetry
- Status konsumsi bahan bakar
- Status warranty equipment
- Status working hours equipment
- Status lokasi equipment

Parts Order Tracking :
Melalui fitur ini pelanggan akan mendapatkan informasi terkait transaksi suku cadang, antara lain :
- Detail suku cadang yang dipesan
- Ketersediaan suku cadang di cabang United Tractors yang bertransaksi dengan pelanggan
- Status terakhir atas proses yang ada di United Tractors
- Untuk proses yang masih outstanding pelanggan juga bisa mendapatkan informasi terkini atas status lokasi pengiriman suku cadang serta estimasi kedatangan suku cadang
- Download data transaksi hingga 1 tahun terakhir
- Penilaian atas layanan United Tractors

Notifications :
Melalui fitur ini pelanggan akan mendapatkan informasi alert atas equipment yang mengalami permasalahan berdasarkan informasi sensor-sensor yang ada di equipment.
