Don't let the shocking reviews put you off
Was put off by the rotten reviews, but Day 1 - downloaded the app fine, registered for an account and special offers, within 30 seconds, scanned my first parking ticket and immediately recognised it over 4G (not on wi-fi), found my closest locations easily, so all things considered a very happy experience so far. Don't believe the negative hype...

Just crashes....rubbish
It worked well until I upgraded to iPhone 7 and now it just crashes on opening. I assume it's an iOS compatibility issue and if so that's so basic what are the developers playing at. Stay away

Great idea but doesn't work.
I was using this app regularly and it was great. All of a sudden it just doesn't work. I open the app and it closes immediately time and time again. This means I've missed the chance to log my last 6 visits to you car parks. I'm using iPhone 7 Plus.

Useless app
I don't know who has designed this app but they must have done it to wind people up. When you have enough parking credits for free parking you tap on the app and you are given a code. This code however isn't for you to get free parking, no it's so you can get another code to enable you to try to get free parking. You then have to fill in details about yourself including email, car registration and so on. Eventually you might be lucky and you get the free parking you are entitled to ... or then again not. Using the app makes me lose the will to live - just like writing this review.

Hasn't worked since I changed to iPhone 7 with iOS 10-and I had a free park available to me! Sort it out Q-Park...
