Freezes up

Was working fine until the update. Now the app freezes during use. Can’t trust readings. Took a working system & successfully broke it. Should have left it ALONE!!!!

App no longer works properly

Had the BP arm cuff for several years, it’s been good but the last few months the app doesn’t work and freezes up. Reached out to support and no answer. Can’t use the arm cuff without the app so it’s back to the cheap drugstore model I’ve had for 15 years that still works. Highly disappointed and Qardio support is awful. They have always let me down and I have the expensive Qardio base as well that I have had issues with and no help

Worst app ever

The app is a joke. 160 for a pretty scale with a app that doest work! There’s no way to use the app to do two things jn a row. It will only do or take you to one screen ant that’s it. It will froze after that. What a joke for almost two hundred dlls

Software is total garbage

I have been unable to get through one reading without the app crashing multiple times. Other than the garbage software the device itself is nice. But nice hardware is useless if the software doesn’t keep up. As of writing I’m running iOS 14.4.1 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I turned on the “take 3 reading” option... it has been impossible to successfully complete three readings in a row. If it doesn’t crash prior to one successful reading it crashes by the second 100% of the time. Update If I close the app after every use (go to app switcher and swipe it away), then only launch the app when I’m ready to take a pressure, as in I put on the device then sit for 5 minutes then launch the app and take a pressure as soon as it connects I’m able to successfully take a pressure at least 80% of the time. I have not re-enabled 3 pressure testing. My suspicion is there is a Bluetooth connectivity issue that crashes the app. Please update your app!!

App Freezes Up / Unresponsive

From the very beginning the app was clunky and almost impossible to use. Signing up for a new account was impossible until I disabled passwords on IOS. After completing the new account information, the keyboard would not descend in order to press the “register” button. The app is slow to update. After taking a blood pressure reading I have to hard close the app and reopen it in order to see the reading. Often the app freezes up and has to be closed and reopened in order to navigate. Setting reminders defaults to AM and I have yet to find a way to set a PM reminder. A good note, the blood pressure monitor works very well.
