Been with Quidco for years. Pointless these days!

I’m a long time Quidco user and I’ve noticed any large amount cash back gets declined and the claim back process never works! I’ve frankly had enough! You’ve lost a long standing customer!

Loved this app but stopped tracking

As the title says I live this app but it has not tracked a single purchase since June 2020. I have to submit claims.....if I remember.....and if your order is split, maybe because of delivery dates etc you can only claim for one part. I changed devices, cleared all cookies (bit of a pain as I’m having to rebuild them) and it still doesn’t track. I contacted support but after initially answering a question I never asked told me it was my fault It’s a great app, but only when it worked and it NEVER tracks on an apple device, so what’s the point?

It’s a good app

I like the app and they try their best to process your cashback for you. However, sometimes the originating retailer rejects your cashback. Overall I THINK it’s a good idea as long as you see THE CASHBACK as a bonus rather than as a guaranteed amount due to you.
