Real Skills Education was founded on the belief that true education should not be solely bound by academics. We at RSE recognise that organic interaction and soft skills remains key for day to day practice. Unfortunately these skills are not formerly taught in tertiary institutes. This is why Real Skills has embarked on a quest to teach tertiary STEM students the necessary skills to survive in the real world, beyond pen and paper. We continue to iterate the quality of our content to share skills and knowledge in areas such as Professional Development, Leadership, Teamwork and various other social programs. Our active program, STEM Leaders Program comprises of an assortment of technical and social workshops alongside guest presentations, team activities and work based industry projects. Focus workshops are held during the year in collaboration with various educational enterprises and university societies to maximise the pool of students to whom we share our knowledge.
