No Product info

I entered 3 products manually, but none of them had any useful product info as promised, so I don’t know what the point of the app is? It did find a disposal I had previously registered somehow, which was cool but once again there is no info on it other than the model.

Onerous terms

I was going to sign up, but their page says “we will share all your information with the manufacturers AND we own all your data.” Seriously?!? I prefer my privacy and not getting spammed.

Worthless

Downloaded the app. Tried to register but never received a four digit code necessary to use the app. Tried several times using both methods: email and phone. No response whatsoever. Worthless.

Very convenient

My problem is that I never remembered when I purchased products, which would give me a good idea if it was still under warranty or not. What’s great about the Register app is that now I can see all my products in one single screen. It’s also cool that when I created my account, once I updated my personal information, the app retroactively loaded past products that I had registered. That was a pleasant surprise.
