Founded in 1938 by a group of Pacific Northwest mountaineers seeking quality equipment, REI operates retail stores nationwide, two online stores _ https://www.rei.com and https://www.rei.com/rei-garage _ and an adventure travel company, REI Adventures. REI offers products from all of the top brands for camping, climbing, cycling, fitness, hiking, paddling, snow sports and travel, including its own line of award-winning outdoor gear and apparel. While anyone may join or shop at REI, members pay a one-time $20 fee and receive a share in the companyÍs profits through an annual member refund based on their purchases. As an active supporter of the communities in which it does business, REI is committed to promoting environmental stewardship and increasing access to outdoor recreation through education, volunteerism, gear donations and financial contributions.

iPad Version gone

I'm a member and since they removed the ipad version I stop buying from them. I don't know why they do that is much better to see the items I want to buy I a bigger screen at least I never used my iPhone to do shopping I preferred my iPad For that. I hope to see it in the near future or I keep using Backcountry.

Junk and not for iPad

Poor navigation, unavailable features, wrong orientation, missing information. Just a complete waste of time, I went through the wake they set up and just wound up deleting it in the end.

Please fix your bugs

The wishlist always logged me out of the app...it was annoying but I dealt with it Now modifying the cart logs me out...let me clarify it allows you to add items and check out...but removing items or saving for later logs you out I called customer service and the really nice rep informed me that issue has been around for a while and to just go online and modify from there...I know it's not her fault but if that's a known bug why hasn't anyone fixed it yet??

Something happened...

When I log in to see my recent orders and click on one, it automatically signs me out. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it was no use. Also, please fix the reviews so we can read them and so we can post some ourselves. Please fix!!!!

iPad app doesn't work

The iPad app hasn't worked for close to a month. I looked in the App Store today to see if others had complained... the iPad version isn't even in the store anymore. How can I have an app on my device that doesn't exist anymore?

Unable to view reviews

Unable to view product reviews. I can click "reviews" to see what x-amount of people have rated a product, but when it goes to the screen that (I imagine) should list the reviews, it just shows the various options for star ratings at the top with "(0)" next to each of them, and no reviews show up.
