App ist gut, Service ist nicht gut...

Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es ein Fehlgriff war.
Mangelnde Kommunikation ist es auf jeden Fall...
Ich bin in Kanada und habe einen Mietwagen über euch bei Alama gebucht.
Bestätigung kam schnell und soweit alles gut.
Dann wollte ich über die App das buchungsdatum einen tag früher legen und schon die Enttäuschung. Geht nicht da die Daten schon von alama bestätigt wurden.. "Ich müsste die Buchung stornieren und erneut buchen"
Die E-Mail eures Kundenservice war eine totale verarsche da ich nicht die Antwort bekam die aus den fragen meiner E-Mail resultieren sollten.

Ich bin 22 und habe dies bei der App angegeben...
Als ich dann am Schalter von den Pfosten angetreten war, wurde mir gesagt dass ich das doppelte zahlen muss weil ich unter 25 bin! WIESO FRAGT IHR DANN NACH DEM ALTER WENN ES NICHTS BRINGT?!
Außerdem habe ich eure Versicherung gebucht für 11 € am Tag...
Da fragt der Typ am Schalter mich ernsthaft ob ich ne Versicherung haben möchte?
"Nein ich habe die schon abgeschlossen" - " nein haben sie nicht!" Hat der Typ dann geantwortet ...
HERRSCHT ZWISCHEN EUCH, ABGESEHEN VON DEN BUCHUBGSDATEN, IRGENDEIN DATENAUSTAUSCH?!
ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht das es nicht so transparent ist wie es dem Kunden vorgegaukelt wird...
Kommt jetzt nicht mit eurer Klausel dazu das vielleicht noch Gebühren anfallen können wegen dem Alter ...
DAS DOPPELTE VOM PREIS DES FAHRZEUGS?
Werde nie wieder über euch buchen und die App wird nach Rückgabe auch gelöscht ...
Und mit alama habe ich auch noch ein Hünchen zu Rupfen...

Needs improvment
After trying to find a Car using their website and realized that there is an app from rentalcars i installed it. In the app i tried different parameters and combinations with the always same result. Either no cars can be found or the app say, please check your internet connection.
