My Franciscan is a mobile app for Franciscan Alliance employees that helps keep staff informed and engaged on everything Franciscan Health. The application helps users keep track of news and events in their hospitals and throughout the Franciscan Alliance system, and offers new and exciting ways to engage with the Franciscan brand through challenges, rewards, and encouraging messages. Challenges represent an opportunity for employees to engage with the Franciscan Health brand through health & wellness, social, and value-based interactions. Challenges are meant to encourage and maintain the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of Franciscan Alliance staff. Employees can comment on individual challenges to share their experiences and encourage others, like and share news and events, and submit “I Am Franciscan” videos through the video page to share what being Franciscan means to them.
