Unstable and too many bugs

The system is very intuitive but suffers from sever networking issues and constantly crashes. The updates do not provide any bug fixes just more issues. I would seriously look at other systems

Cafe Owner

Unfinished program

There is little tech support, there are many many bugs, placed 5 tech calls in two days, finally got a call back. The support team is lacking in knowledge most are inexperience. I have found a number of instances where I told them ways to solve issues. I Have used this program for over a year and it still crashes, still is unreliable, and the records it created are faulty as well. I love the concept, but for a restaurant that is full service, I would look else where as dealing with Revel has been the worst experience I have had in 26 years of being open.

Great management app!

Definitely the best one in this category! Very nice if you are looking for a low cost alternative. Major retailers like Griffin, Belkin and Goodwill stores already got it, so I did not wait to try it too. It is getting polished with every update. Try it, you will like it :)

Core Location Framework
