BIM is a collaborative app that allows you to submit your own ideas, support and/or challenge ideas shared by your peers, locally or globally. It is a unique opportunity for you to express yourself, connect with others, foster imaginative ideas and encourage innovation.

Ideas that generate the most interests with a high potential will be reviewed by a judging panel. They will go through an assessment before a decision is made as to whether they are feasible and viable. The selected ideas will be turned into real projects, will be challenged and pushed forward by the Group Innovation team to help turning them into a reality.

Main features:

- Submit an idea: select your post reach, describe your idea, attach a picture, choose a tag (Tech, Business, People) and the business line, then submit

- Review, vote: one can review ideas, support them by liking them or getting involved as a project team member

- Comment, interact, connect: anyone can leave a comment and interact with the community to promote an idea. You can share ideas with your own internal network.

- Post reach: ideas can be shared globally.
