This is an embarrassing app for Room and Board. I certainly hope their management is taking steps to recoup their development costs and have an experienced developer and designer redo this app. There is no point in replicating what is already a superior web experience and creating bloat ware just to check off the box "have an app for that". I would have liked the ability to view an item, save it to an album so I can either quickly pull it up or share it with someone via Sms or email or heck new concepts... Twitter or Pinterest! Create value for why I'm going to download your app, use your app and keep your app on my device! Ultimately you want me to come into your store showroom to see more or be satisfied and confident to purchase an item from within the app's interface. I will hold onto hope that R&B will see the shortcomings of this branded app and provide their customers a user experience equal to their web or showroom experience.

Love "Room & Board" but this app is a bit of a mess. Overly complicated, hard to navigate thru and confusing. Better off using the website.

After the 3rd full-screen "read our blog" pop-up, I'm done - just use the website, someone actually paid attention to usability there.

I was surprised to see room and board having an app when I needed to lookup some measurements of a product. And then surprised again to find out how terrible the app is. Just going to the website was much better, even on the iPhone.

Terrible user experience

For an app showcasing design, this is pretty bad design. There must be a better way to adapt your print catalogs that isn't quite so literal. Screen/page breaks in the middle of photo spreads - and worse, sentences - make for a very poor user experience.
