Satellite Healthcare Centers _ Patient-friendly dialysis centers offering hemodialysis and nocturnal hemodialysis.
Satellite WellBound Centers _ With a focus on individualized care, WellBound centers provide training and support for patients performing dialysis at home _ peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis and home nocturnal hemodialysis. These locations also offer pre-dialysis patient wellness education programs.

The app offers a unique educational experience which guides you through the process of deciding a dialysis modality that fits your desired lifestyle so that you may live the fullest life possible.
The app will connect you with an SHC PATHfinder™, your health advocate at Satellite who will help create a personal journey called “My Kidney Care PATH”. Your PATHfinder will help coordinate your care and your care team while providing support and resources for both you and your family. Full app access requires an account to be created by your PATHfinder.
Satellite Healthcare is a non-for-profit kidney dialysis provider with centers located throughout the United States. SHC is focused on helping patients feel their best by providing and supporting in center dialysis (Hemodialysis and Nocturnal Hemodialysis) and at home dialysis.
