This app is legit!

It is hard to replace my last coach, but this app doesn't mess around! The customized training and drills are amazing, I haven't seen any other app out there that is so comprehensive. Keep it up Saucony. You have a huge fan and a loyal consumer.

Accurate exercises and FREE!

I've loved using the Saucony stride lab app. I was dealing with a piriformis injury and saw a PT to help diagnose the problem. He gave me some great exercises that really began to help. Once I downloaded the app and input my information, many of the same exercises were recommended. Amazing! Best part- it's free!

Best Running App

This app offers more for the runner than any "running" app I've tried! Instead of tracking your distance and runs, this app helps you become a better runner through various exercises and customized training programs! Can't recommend this enough for the serious runner or the injury-plagued runner.

Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Graphics

Core Location Framework

Launch Services
