Orders do not ship?!?!
I have not received the item I ordered in the time promised. Not only that, I ordered 5 days ago and the product hasn't shipped. I've called customer service at vendor and shoprunner and I have no clue what value shoprunner adds. My impression is that orders just take longer and there is finger pointing between shoprunner and the vendor for who is to blame for the delay in processing. It's day 5 and my order hasn't even shipped. Shoprunner customer service rep said that happened to him before and said call the vendor. Vendor said shoprunner doesn't guarantee 2 day shipping. What's the point!?!?!?!

When you can find a bargain on ShopRunner the free shipping is great. What is even better is that if you have a ShopRunner account you can use it on many other websites as well.

Super Annoying
One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing the little red notifications on my iPhone and not being able to get rid of them. This is exactly what I'm getting with this app. It says I have 3 notifications, but when I open the app and go to Notifications, it clearly states that I have no new notifications. I ended up turning them off in my Settings, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I got 3 months of ShopRunner through T-Mobile Tuesdays, but I'm positive that I'll never use it. I don't even think about it when looking for something online because I really only shop online for deals. Most of the items I see in this app are too expensive.
