The Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA) is a not-for-profit organization, established in 1972 by a group of training professionals from diverse industries who are passionate to learn and share best practices. STADA pushes boundaries by using technologies, best practices and knowledge to achieve thought leadership in the field of learning and meeting the diverse needs of the learning community. STADA partner with professionals to provide solutions to organizations in the areas of change management, organization development, employee engagement, cultural change, leadership, professional certification, coaching and team innovation. The association is strategic partner of ATD, the educational provider of the certificate programs and the delegation leader to the ATD International Conference & Exposition. STADA is also global chair member of Learning Innovations Laboratory (LILA) of Harvard Graduate School of Education, endorsing partner of Global Council of Corporate University Forum and first member of PAHRODF (Philippines Australia Human Resource & Organisational Development Facility) outside of Philippines.
