Invalid Response

Won't let me log into my LEAP3 console. Kept getting the prompt "Invalid Response". I'm sure this app would have been a godsend when an employee texted me telling me a server wasn't letting her connect. Ended up having to wait until I got to a computer.

Not a Modern App

As modern as some of the things the Singlehop offers are, their tools for managing deployments, etc. are not up to modern standards. This app still uses assets from iOS 5...

Mostly ok

Was able to respond to an existing ticket. Could not create a new ticket. After choosing initial selections there was no place to enter text of request, and no button to proceed or submit. When entering a response to an existing ticket, text edit box does not have a return key.
