App needs improvement

Why do I have to type in my 20 digit EVERY time I want to make a reservation? My number is saved in the app. It should automatically be able to retrieve my membership number. Also, can’t get a reservation for my family of 5 for at over a week. It was sold out last weekend too. We don’t know our schedule more than 1 week out. We have paid every month during the pandemic even when it’s closed & now I can’t even go anytime this weekend or last weekend? Very frustrating. Why keep paying if we can’t even get into the park?

Not user friendly

You can look up your reservations. It takes you from the app to a webpage that’s not user friendly. You also have to keep entering your pass number even when your logged in

Waste of money

They have no available slots open to order food. We’ve been waiting all day for one to open up to get to get out favorite food we’ve been waiting for since covid. In think this is a good concept if only they would allow more openings.

Just poor

Needs to be looked at more thoroughly. Online support unfortunately felt like I was waiting forever. Camera feature didn’t work correctly even after giving permission.
