Description:

The St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller (PC) app was developed by St. Jude Medical, now known as Abbott. This app is for people living with chronic pain and neurologic disorders who are treated by Abbott neuromodulation devices. This app helps patients conveniently manage the programs prescribed by their physicians and communicates with the implanted/external device using Bluetooth wireless technology. The PC app runs on Abbott recommended devices (as mentioned below) and is easy to use while the wireless interface brings more flexibility and comfort.

Some of the key functions available for patients to manage their device include:
- Turn stimulation ON/OFF
- Select stimulation programs for changing therapy needs
- Adjust stimulation amplitude
- Check device battery
- Turn on MRI mode for MR-conditional scans
- Activate and de-activate Surgery Mode

Recommended Devices:
- iPod Touch 6th Generation running iOS 11.1 or later.

Proclaim iPod remote (iOS 10.2.1 fix)

Fix for pairing issue Apple iOS 10.2.1 update (prohibited bluetooth pairing) Happy to say fix was just posted in this update. It works great! I recommend this fix for anyone with iOS 10.2.1 problem.
