De OuderenOmbudsman is er speciaal voor ouderen. Een onafhankelijke vraagbaak. Om u op weg te helpen, via deze app, maar ook via internet en telefoon. De OuderenOmbudsman wil graag een (gratis) onafhankelijke en betrouwbare gids voor u zijn.

In deze app vindt u veel antwoorden op vragen die horen bij het leven op latere leeftijd. Vragen en antwoorden dus over uiteenlopende thema’s als geldzaken, wonen, zorg & welzijn, mobiliteit, werk & inkomen maar ook veiligheid op internet. Uw gids als u met uw tablet of mobiele telefoon op de bank zit!

Kunt u uw antwoord toch niet vinden? U kunt uw vraag in het contactformulier achterlaten. Wij antwoorden u dan spoedig. U kunt ook altijd telefonisch contact met ons opnemen. De OuderenOmbudsman-medewerkers zitten dagelijks (van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur) klaar om u te helpen het antwoord op uw vraag te vinden. Het telefoonnummer is 0900 – 60 80 100 (lokaal tarief).

De OuderenOmbudsman is er niet alleen om u op weg te helpen. ‘Hij’ vraagt ook aandacht voor nijpende ouderenkwesties of thema's die maatschappelijke of politieke aandacht verdienen.
