Great for anxiety + self depreciation
I tend to give myself a hard time about not doing enough. This app lets me look back on my small accomplishments and activities in a day or week and say "Hey, maybe I wasn't being a lazy bum. Maybe I do deserve to be nicer to myself."
This app is exactly what I'm looking for, except the color theme. They really aren't my favorite and it would be sweet if eventually you could add the option to change colors/themes. Other than that it's great!

Strategic Coach keeps me focused
A daily reminder to look at my positives no matter what they are keeps my focus on progress versus having my mind wander into tings I'm not getting right

Great tool
I know that starting or ending your day with gratitude improves your life but have struggled building the habit. This app makes this an easy task. I think it's a great addition to my toolbox.
