Back then you bought your motor insurance from the ïmanÍ at your door, but Ken had a better idea. By comparing prices from lots of insurance companies, Ken could retain the personal touch and pass on the savings to his customers. In his first year, he sold over 100 policies and Swinton Insurance was born. By 1964, heÍd opened his first high street branch and by 1987, Swinton was a household name, with 200 branches nationwide. Throughout the years, Swinton has been committed to working hard for our customers, taking the time to listen and going the extra mile, so challenge Swinton to find you a great deal. This honest personal approach, inherited from Ken, is still the cornerstone of our business. Today we offer a wide range of insurance products; from car to home, commercial to taxi insurance, plus services like breakdown cover. And we also look for the same qualities in the individuals and companies we work with. But itÍs our people and their dedication to our customers that make the biggest difference.
