Can't open the app

Deleted and downloaded the app but still couldn't open the app

Pretty awful service

Food is cold when it's delivered or the order is wrong entirely. when I order for pick up they start preparing the food when I get there. On top of that, customer service is argumentative and rarely actually refunds my order when it is wrong.
