Mr. Kamil Vacek, founder of TCCM opened the first mobile phone shop in 1996. Soon after the company became an importer of Sagem Mobile and built the largest mobile phone distribution company GSM Partner, sold to Avenir Telecom France in 2001. In 2002 we introduced Samsung Mobile Phones in Czech and Slovakia markets. TCCM company was established in 2007 as a specialist for business development of telco channel in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its foundation TCCM has successfuly launched many top global brands such as HTC, Beats by Dre, MEIZU, Honor, CAT Phones or Nokia. Today we are actively working with more than 50 mobile operators and 200 retailers and e-tailers in 22 countries. Our sales team is located in 15 countries. We are selling more than 3 million phones per year. Being parents ourselves, we understand the need for the safety of children age 4 to 10, who for the first time start exploring the world outside home. This is why we have created Aiko watch - a safe and fun way to stay in touch with your child.

Besides telling the time, Aiko watch is much like a regular mobile phone – it makes calls and sends voice messages. But taking into account the complexity of today’s smartphones, we took great care in making it simple and intuitive. Aiko watch is controlled by finger gestures on a touchscreen display, and from our experience, children learn quickly how to use it.

You can manage the watch from your smartphone, by using our app. From here you can see the current location of your child. To be as precise as possible we use 3 technologies to locate the watch (GPS, Wi-Fi and LBS cellular network). Please note that these technologies have limitations.

We took great care in producing it from safe to use materials (CE and RoHS certified), and we made sure we implemented reasonable security standards in accordance with EU regulations.

Finally, knowing how much children love animals, we designed the watch in the tiger theme. The result – we use Aiko watch in our families, and we all love it. We hope that you will too.

App not working

The watch is cool, the app was working well. I was very satisfied with all the features, but since like 2-3 weeks the app is closing itself after a second. No one can tell me what to do, the only advice was to restore my whole phone 😞. The watch is working, I can call my kid and he can call me, but I cant manage the contact or locate him.

Zásadní nedostatky

- nezobrazuje notifikace - nefunguje s VPN, při VPN připojení aplikace vždy spadne (hodinky cílí na bezpečnost dětí, ale aplikace ignoruje bezpečnost zařízení)

Zvonenie

Som spokojný s produktom. Aj software je OK. Len jedna pripomienka, ktorá by bola užitočná. Viacerí sme toho názoru, že by sa malo dať vypnúť zvonenie na hodinkách, aby ostalo len na vibráciách. Dalo by sa to aktualizáciou vyriešiť? Vopred ďakujeme... V mene viacerých rodičov, Tomáš

Aplikace se zasekava, poloha hodinek je nepřesná až o několik kilometru, jsem docela naštvaná!!!!

Aplikace není plně funkční

- při doručení zprávy z hodinek neukazuje notifikaci o nové zprávě na hlavní obrazovce, je nutno vstoupit přímo do aplikace. Především u SOS zprávy je toto kritická chyba - poloha hodinek a nové zprávy se načítají až při aktivní práci s aplikaci - velmi nepřesné určení polohy Hodinky měly být bezpečnostní prvek, když dítě jde samo do školy/ze školy. S ohledem na slabiny aplikace se na ne není možné spolehnout.
