Not functional, not updated

The reviews don't exaggerate the poor quality of this app. Last updated April 2015 means that there is no ongoing development.

TD Bank for iPad

I've waited several years for this app and it's a big disappointment. Bill Pay is woefully inadequate. No list of pending transactions nor a list of bills just paid. Once you pay the bill, all info pertaining to that payment disappears. Terrible design.

Terrible bank, terrible app

This is a bank was terrible customer service locked out of my account twice now waited over 20 minutes each time, last time they disconnected me. Made changes to their website and when they did my security words are no longer in effect every time I need to use one they kick me out of the site.

Poorly designed, disfunctional

Strength in numbers: US vs Canada versions. TD acts as if the two are separate entities...and they are, legally, just not what customers care. Make the app provide a chpice of the banking country and go from there. Bill pay (dis) functionality: enough complaints in the reviews, and all are for the same thing: hire an app designer who understands consumers' banking needs.

Horrendous

Nowhere near user friendly. Logs you out whenever you toggle between apps and you can not add a payee for bill pay. Literally closing my TD accounts because of this and going back to Chase. Horrendous!
