Too much white space!

Dec 2020. Can’t complain about functionality but I can only see 4/5 transactions on a screen after latest update. Before this update I could see 9!! WHY SO MUCH WHITE SPACE! I’m sure the key daily use of this app is to check transactions?! FEB 2021. Thanks to developers for listening and reducing white space! 👍🏼😍

Not great for iPad

The window view is optimised for iPhone. I use iPad in landscape mode which this app does not accommodate. Other than that app does what it needs to.

Give the people what they want - the old layout back

Notification for auto-credit is back but in small print on front page so easily missed when navigating straight to transactions page. The layout is still not as good as it used to be so cannot award more than 3 stars for the app. This is not a reflection on the bank.

What’s going on?!

Used to be a good app, but now the information presented is just odd. Available balance does not match up, and sometimes there is a double count on items so it’s just confusing. Previous version was much better. Disappointed.

Great app to use. I have been using for a very long time now. Especially in currant corona virus situation I can’t go into the bank to pay my bills. This app is god sent as I can pay all my bills via the app. Again great app to use. Had no problems using it so far.
