Not very practical

You would think this is a easy app to use. But it has serious flaws. Which can easily frustrated the most zen of us. Ones you're at the last step on making your reservation and you decide to check the "termes and conditions" you will have the surprise that there is no "termes and conditions " a blank screens instead is what there is. As I needed my reservation I "trust" it to be fair. Same for "privacy conditions" Oh ...and no way to go back on the previous screen...you will have to do it all again. Maybe a bug? And this app ask you from witch country you are and then give you 2 options in languages. France, Français Anglais, Belgique, Français Neherlandais Anglais(okey thats 3)...Nederland Dutch and English...why no French ??? Hopefully they will fix it quickly Also not possible to ad the ticket on you wallet ....

Booking seems to work. Trouble with choosing a specific seats while booking.

Very poor quality

App crashes and freezes a lot. Also when booking on the website you're able to include seat preferences and here you cannot. Oddly when I put in my dates when the following screen came up, my dates changed without my doing. If I wasn't paying attention it could have derailed (pun intended) my whole trip! Definitely needs more work Thalys.

Problème de conception

Cette application et décevante. J'en ai ras le bol de devoir re-entrer à chaque fois mon numéro de carte Thalys que cette application est incapable de retenir. Je conseille vivement à Thalys de prendre exemple sur Air France qui eux ont réussi à développer une app efficace et bien pensée.

Impossible de se connecter

C'est allucinant de proposer ce genre d'application sans avoir fait quelques tests élémentaires. Impossible de se connecter. Il ne reconnait simplement pas l'identifiant Thalys et le mot de passe associé. J'ai essayé de demander un changement de mot de passe... Il m'envoit un mail avec un lien. Ce lien redirige vers le site Thalys ou on vous demande votre mot de passe. C'est de l'amateurisme.
