HOW DOES IT WORK?
Easy peasy. Everyone starts with a *free* consultation with our Clinical Coordinator. We will get a sense of your family’s needs, listen to your concerns, and answer any questions you may have. After your consultation, you will be provided with a summary of the consultation and recommendations. If you decide to proceed, we will match you with a speech-language pathologist (speech therapist) that best meets your child’s needs, and you’ll be directed to our website to purchase your session(s). From there, our simple and powerful app will provide a secure virtual space for speech therapy anywhere your child may be.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICE IF WE MOVE FORWARD AFTER THE FREE CONSULT?
We accept payment by debit or credit card via our secure website. You may elect to pay for one or more sessions at a time based on your needs and consultation with your speech-language pathologist (speech therapist).

DO YOU BILL MY INSURANCE?
We do not bill insurance. However, we do provide an itemized invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. As insurance plans and coverage differs widely, families should speak directly with their insurance provider to determine coverage and reimbursement eligibility.

HOW LONG ARE ONLINE SESSIONS?
We offer 25- and 45-minute sessions. Session length depends on the schedule, age, and abilities of a client. Your speech therapist will collaborate with you to make a recommendation for the length of a session and how often your child should be seen.

WHO ARE THE THERAPISTS?
Our speech-language pathologists each hold their national Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In addition, each is licensed in the state in which they reside and any state in which they practice.
